Marshall Ransfield

Marshall Ransfield is a queer artist from New Zealand and New Jersey. He is currently residing in Phenix City, AL while pursuing his Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) and minor in Art History at Columbus State University in Columbus, GA. His practice draws from art history, research, personal experiences, and examining the world through his various identities as a queer, Jewish, and mixed-race (Māori) person makes up a large portion of his studio practice when he is not actively making art with his hands.

He has exhibited his artwork in several galleries around Georgia, including the Bo Bartlett Center, Schley Gallery, and the Bay Gallery.
