“Likeness” exhibition opening reception

This exhibition focuses on the ability of portraiture to exalt, empower, and elevate the subject. Through painting, thread, and found materials, each likeness reveals both the individual and the community to which they are connected. Embellished and meticulous, these portraits show us how to uplift and care for one another. This exhibition is generously sponsored by Brenda and Larry Thompson. Exhibition runs June 22 – August 19.
