Description

I collage ceramics, printmaking, sculpture, graphic design, tattooing, and found materials to create installations that stretch, challenge and resist definition. I am constantly experimenting with new techniques, processes, and materials. I use sports, construction materials, cooking, and crude, immediate gestures as metaphors for the precarity of belonging, masculinity, and failure. My work is inherently informed by my experience as a trans-masculine person, however many of my concepts and works operate at a high level of abstraction, allowing for many different levels of interpretation.
