Description

Nora is a jeweler and designer creating in the mountains of Asheville, NC. She incorporates filigree, enamel, and stonesetting into most of her designs, and has a passion for bringing custom wedding and engagement rings to life.

Originally from the East Coast, Nora spent just shy of a decade learning the jewelry trade in Austin, Texas. When she lit the torch for the first time and watched the color and flexibility of the metal change, she was instantly hooked! It was enough for her to dive in headfirst - beginning as an apprentice to the incredibly talented Steve Kriechbaum Goldsmith, to working at a jewelry academy, and then running a studio of her own in the River Arts District. This journey cultivated a deep love for teaching. Nora continues to share her knowledge with students from her studio & gallery in West Asheville that she owns with her partner.

In her current work, Nora strives to capture scenes from nature in wearable form, with a particular focus on the night sky.
