Time alone soaking in nature feeds our souls when we need it most. Whether it's the pull of the currents, the sound, or the intense quiet that we feel in the midst of being surrounded. In our youth we choose to live with our hearts open: to swim, run, play, and create until we are exhausted. In our adulthood, we fight for that time. And when we are ill, those memories sustain us as we reflect on the trueness that we were when we played without feeling observed. This work is dedicated to our abuse of our coral reefs, estuaries, lakes, and oceans and our power to create or destroy thereby removing all of the places we dreamed of.
