Description
This piece is the first in a series of mixed media works using acrylic paint and fabric. I got the inspiration to use the fabric after I cut curtains to fit the windows in my Chautauqua cottage. Instead of throwing away the scraps, I decided to upcycle them in my art. I like the way the light catches the fabric when you view it from different angles giving the illusion of waves moving along the shore.
