DescriptionMy work explores ideas of self discovery and expression, fears, and chaos. Creating pieces that challenge my self identify allow me to communicate within myself. The nostalgia, the discovery (within my practice and my mind), the trepidation of the undiscovered. In conjunction these thoughts drive me to express myself through creation. This piece speaks to nostalgia and emptiness. Filling my life with materialistic item; like a bottomless pit, like a spoiled child. By portraying these worries, I am communicating pieces of me. Pushing through a fraudulent feeling of who I really am.
