Description
“Before starting my journey towards self-love and authenticity, I had a complicated relationship with food. The anxiety that came with eating around other people only left me to spiral instead of feeling satisfied. Each piece from this dinnerware set is intended to provide comfort when the act of eating can feel too daunting. The taller walls on the plates and bowls help with accessibility, enabling me to use one utensil and hold the dish rather than needing a surface. The shorter cups naturally form in the hand, creating a healthy and comforting connection with the process of drinking. The warm autumnal colors represent a personal place that puts me at ease. I wanted to create something that could turn food into a solace rather than a stressor.”About this Artist
