CVA Visiting Artists Lecture: James Hunter

James Hunter is an Award winning Design Director with the Wiseman Group, a nationally renowned interior design firm based in San Francisco, California. He earned a Masters Degree in Art Education and has completed postgraduate work in textile design and surface printing from State University College at Buffalo, NY.

His body of residential client work has resulted in interiors from very traditional to extremely modern. James also leads several high-profile Commercial Design projects. His original creative design ideas have led to the production of custom carpeting, lighting, furniture, fabrics, and the development of unique architectural details. You may have seen his work published in Architectural Digest, where he was noted as an AD Top 100 designer; as well other National and International magazines such as Aspire, Town and Country, Interior Design, Luxe, California Homes, CA Home + Design, SF Cottage and Garden, and Northern Home and Cottage.
